Who We Are

A CLINIC YOU CAN TRUST
Our founders’ vision is woven into everything we do, and will continue to be so as we forge our way into the future. We make healthcare more accessible and totally committed to survivors living with stroke, arthritis and pains with rehabilitation. We believe that recovery is a possibility and creativity generates solutions.

OUR VISION
To educate and engage people with chronic pain to bring about pain alleviation, the care / prevention for stroke, arthritis, cerebral palsy and pains; also for survivors to discover their respective individual pathway to health and well being.

OUR MISSION
To work out a collaborative plan in order to achieve the best holistic approach and prevention.

OUR CORE VALUES
Passion, Excellence, Support, Efficiency, Consistency, Flexibility, Commitment to Results.

STRATEGY FOR INTERVENTION
Our objectives is to help people understand that our health and that of our children depends on the health of the environment, and that we must do everything we can to protect it.
This we do through:

REHABILITATION PROGRAM
As part of our commitment, we support and engage anyone living with cerebral palsy, stroke, arthritis, pains and other disabilities with 1-3 months rehabilitation / therapeutic plan (treatment).

TCOY PROGRAM
This is to promote, organize, co-ordinate research and educational activities on musculoskeletal system diseases, neurological diseases, cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular disease.

LET’S TALK PROGRAM
This is a media outreach that educates and engages the general public, medical and health professionals by developing, delivering, facilitating programs and support services to enable members to share experiences and information.

WAKA2CURE PROGRAM
This involves a range of activities designed to help people with arthritis, stroke and pains to explore new skills and strategies for coping with their disability.
We want you to live a long, strong, healthy life. So, we’ve incorporated the Waka2cure clinical program into our practices to address mobility decline that often leads to falls and loss of independence.
The program is an evidence-based outpatient prevention program designed to reduce the risk of falls, fall-related injuries and functional decline among survivors. The goal is to help you feel more confident on your feet and stay as independent as possible in the community.
